My gloves have two fingers and much end weaving....and I think that's why I'm all into starting a new project. Maybe we can set a KAL for weaving in ends? Call and talk while we knit in two ends? Watch a movie while knitting in ends? (You could always do it on the plane! I find travel to be a good time for end weaving.)
Finishing is my weak link - especially sewing the seams together neatly since I'm always in a hurry to wear any sweater I knit.
